Return & Exchange Policy – Mooi Mini

Thank you for choosing Mooi Mini. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please read our Return and Exchange Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, where applicable.

Requesting a Return or Exchange

How to Initiate

Customers must contact our Customer Support within the required timeframe to request a return, exchange, or store credit.

Shipping the Product Back

Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect upon arrival.

Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address.

Photo Requirement

Customers may be required to provide photos of the item, especially in cases of damage, defects, or incorrect items.

Shapewear Returns and Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, Mooi Mini does not offer refunds on shapewear unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect upon arrival.

For shapewear, we can offer an exchange, provided that:

The exchange is requested within 2 days of the order being delivered.
The item has not been worn or used.
The item is returned in its original packaging.
All tags and labels are still attached.
The item is in a clean and acceptable condition.

The exchange shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect upon arrival.

To start the shapewear exchange process, customers must email Mooi Mini at support@mooimini.co.za with their order number and reason for the exchange.

Once the item is received, it will be inspected before the exchange is approved. Mooi Mini reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item appears to have been worn, used, damaged, altered, or returned without its original packaging or tags.

Damaged or Faulty Shapewear

Damaged or faulty shapewear must be reported immediately upon receiving the item.

Photo evidence is required. The product must be sent back to Mooi Mini for inspection.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Mooi Mini will offer a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit in line with our policy.

Wrong Product Received

If the wrong product is received, this must be reported immediately.

Mooi Mini will cover the return shipping costs. The correct item will be sent, or store credit will be issued where applicable.

Never Received Order

Orders that were not received must be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

An investigation will be done with the courier. A replacement or store credit will be provided if the issue is confirmed.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before fulfillment.

A full refund will be issued if the order is cancelled before fulfillment.

Processing Time

Store credit, refunds, or exchanges are processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Store Credit

Store credit is added to your customer account and can be used for future purchases only.

Handling Fee and Condition Assessment

A 10% handling fee may be deducted from store credit to cover processing costs.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if:

The item is used or worn.
Tags are removed.
Original packaging is missing.
The item is damaged due to misuse or improper care.

If rejected, the item will be returned at the customer’s expense.
